The simplest way to place an order is to click the 'add to basket' symbol next to the items you would like to buy. This will create a Paypal shopping basket and you can continue to add as many items as you like.
When you're ready to check out, click the button on your shopping basket and you'll be taken to the Paypal secure payment pages where you can pay for your goods by Paypal or directly with your credit or debit card.
Paypal are a world leader in online payments, so you can guarantee that you're protected by the latest secure payment technology, we don't take any of your payment details from the shopping pages, it's all done with the security by Paypal at the checkout.
If you've already signed up with Paypal and have an account, then you can pay from your Paypal account, or you can save your details and create an account if you choose. You don't need an account to make a payment, just a credit or debit card.
However you decide to pay, it's simple, it's safe and it's secure.
We will despatch your items as soon as possible, normally within seven days, some items may take longer subject to stock availability, however, we will always contact you if there are any problems.

All large orders are sent by courier to mainland UK addresses, smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail. You can leave instructions at the checkout of a secure place to leave your package in case you're out, with a neighbour for example.
For shipments to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Channel Islands please ask for a quotation for delivery, or continue to place your order and if it costs any more for delivery we will let you know. We will give an immediate full refund if you're not happy with the final delivery cost.

For items of furniture, we can arrange delivery within 200 miles of the shop but for longer distances it is often more cost effective for you to hire a van and visit our shop to collect your items.
We take every care to package your order so it arrives safely, however if your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement, if you are unhappy with your purchases please return them in their original condition within 5 days for a refund or replacement.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on items made to order or specially commissioned pieces.
At Bell's of Suffolk we make every effort to recycle all our packaging materials, your items will be carefully packed to arrive safely, but maybe not in a brand new shipping box. All our packing materials are clean and fit for reuse, please help the environment by recycling your packaging.

Some items may have slight variations in surface finish, particularly with enamel goods where the finish may be slightly uneven, this is perfectly normal and is part of the manufacturing process.
